Refund policy
Overview
Due to the majority of my products being made to order, I do not offer returns and exchanges -- so be sure to select the correct sizes and colors for your items before checking out. However, if there is something wrong with your order please let me know (and make sure to include your order number in your message)!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on my fulfillment center’s part are covered at their expense.
Exchanges
At this time I do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at brightlycleardesigns@gmail.com within 14 days with photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
